My dog whines and cries when he sees other dogs, and when they get close he goes psycho and barks, growls, and snaps. I've tried to do the associate the other dogs with chicken thing, but it isn't working. Also, I can't figure out is he scared of the other dogs or just aggressive towards them? He whines so I try to move him away from them, but I'm not sure if I'm making the situation worse by doing that.
Please help
