无胆的主人是台北淡水的黄松林，黄家辉兄弟。他们在市区有一家机车用品店，有没有修车倒是忘了。
8个月时进口2岁多已经在台北转手快10个主人都没发性，大家都没信心了，黄不差钱，他愿意养。
3个月后黄拿无胆出场对台中的船长，船长是进口狗，据说也是狗主陈先生高价购得，狗主还有另一只公狗就是大名鼎鼎的暴风雨，那场 24 分钟船长两支前脚断，无胆赢。
无胆出名是因为打赢船长，因为当时船长在圈内已经赢过一场，据说也是打的可圈可点，持相反意见的人说无胆以 23.5 的体重对船长 22胜之不武。之后，台北圈内风闻陈要用暴风雨讨回公道，或有传言无胆要挑战当时著名战犬黑土匪，不久就传出黄拿无胆挑战 TOR，且TOR的当时的主人曹阿健已应战。
Tor 6岁26公斤，无胆血统并没透漏，TOR是鳄鱼(PLUMBERS ALLIGATOR)配同胎的SUSAN RENEE生的,当时也算世界一级血统(兄弟们可以拿它跟加不拉的血统比较一下)，开打后两方都打攻击，TOR 力气大，无胆咬脚，大约 25 分钟后，无胆不支倒地，被判冲狗，但很快恢复，开始攻击 TOR 双脚1.5小时后，TOR 两支脚都断了，仍然像袋鼠一样奋战不已，叫声狂野，无胆也越战越勇，110 分时赖清发徽得双方主人同意拆狗，向台下宣布这两只都是难得的好狗，再打下去必然有一只会损失，因此主审(就是他自已)宣布平手，请今天有参与“趣味”的朋友见谅，彩金退回。
