We wanted you to have a perfect overview of your payments, so we have prepared a new feature for you - "Payment History"! You can find it directly in your profile under the "My Payments" tab.
What can you see now?
Stripe Payments: All your payments made via Stripe are completely traceable and neatly organized.
PayPal Payments: The history of payments for licenses via PayPal is now available from July 14, 2025. Unfortunately, when exporting payments, user emails were not saved (this is a PayPal feature), so it was not possible to link these payments to a specific user account. However, for all payments from July 14, 2025 onwards, the email is saved correctly, and the history works as it should. Please note, this only affects the display of your payment history; your licenses are still valid.
We believe this feature will make managing your licenses easier and improve your overall user experience. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
Hidden pedigrees

fixCo-authors for dogs (team editing)
Youve asked for thisespecially kennels run by several partners (e.g., 3 co-owners) who all need to manage the same dogs. From now on, a dogs owner can add co-authors who can edit (UPDATE) that dog just like the owner.
How it works
- Open the dogs detail page.
- In the action block, click Co-authors.
- In the popup, start typing your colleagues username or email and pick from the autocomplete.
- Confirm to add. You can also remove co-authors from the same dialog.
Who can add/remove co-authors?
- Dog owner (the user who created the record).
- Admin (has full rights).
- If a dog is admin-locked, only an admin can manage co-authors.
Who can edit the dog?
- Owner ✅ (with a valid license).
- Co-author ✅ (with a valid license).
- Admin ✅ (always).
About the license 💳
Everyone who edits (owner or co-author) must have an active annual subscription.
This is not license sharing for one year. Its permission for your kennel colleague to edit the same dogs on their own, paid license.

weve just completed a hardware upgrade on the APBT Database server 🎉.

POR and ROM rankings
From now on, the POR and ROM rankings will correctly display placements even when multiple dogs have the same number of points.
✅ Instead of showing just one number, youll now see a range for example 3rd5th place instead of just 4th place.
This makes the rankings clearer and more fair!
SSL certificate error
Early this morning our database was briefly unavailable due to an expired SSL certificate on the server (after a solid 10 years).
Everything is now fully fixed and running smoothly again. ✅
The next similar outage will most likely come in about 15 years 😅
POR/ROM rankings on dog's profile
From now on, every dogs profile shows its current position in the POR/ROM rankings.
No need to scroll through long lists the rank is now displayed right on the dogs detail page. 🏆🐕
Change password
Your account is now even more secure! 🛡️
👉 Whenever a password is changed, the system automatically checks if all active sessions (cookies) match the latest password update. If not, those sessions are immediately logged out.
👉 After changing your password, you yourself will also be logged out youll need to log in again with the new password.
What this means for you:
✅ Prevents account sharing your account is yours alone, no one else can keep access without the new password.
✅ Protects against unauthorized access by changing your password, you instantly block other devices.
✅ Gives you full control over where and how your account is being used.

Weve fixed the issue with frequent logouts from APBT Database.
